How it all works

Events can be stressfull, so we are here to make it as easy as possible.  Simply follow the instructions below

Step 1

Use the contact form to get in touch with us. Simply advise us of your event date and what items you require.

We will get back to confirm availability.

Step 4

Around 1 week before we will check in and reconfirm delivery and pick up times and any other info you should know.

Step 2

Just confirm you would  like to book, then we will email the booking form. (please note minimum order is £150.00)

All you need to do is complete it, return it via email and pay a deposit of £100.

We will then confirm you are all booked in,.

(Don;t worry if you want to add something later you can!)

Step 5

On the day of delivery, we will need someone available to check the delivery note, to check all items have been delivered. Please remember all items are hired on a hire only basis and will not be set up (bar light up letters)

Step 3

1 month before your event date, we will contact you, confirm the items you booked, check you don't want to add anything.

We will then send the final invoice.  

We will ask you where you require the items to be delivered (this will either be on the day of the event or the day before)

Step 6

The morning after your event we will collect at the agreed time.

All items should be placed back in the relevant boxes (as they came) ready for us to collect.
